Tom Herstad

President

Since attending Rochester Institute of Technology, Tom Herstad has built a diverse career across multiple industries, including Fortune 500 companies like Crawford and Xerox Canada. He was the first to introduce Bamboo flooring to Canada and later distributed a shopping cart security system into the country, earning recognition in Maclean’s magazine as a technology “Guru”.

In 2001, Tom became a self-taught lighting expert, helping bring LED technology to the Canadian market. His company, Regal Lighting Designs, has been featured on Holmes on Homes and Decked Out with Paul Lafrance, earning a 99% customer satisfaction rating and a reputation for excellence. An Oakville customer summed it up best: “Tom said what he was gonna do and then did what he said.”

Tom now brings his energy and passion to AI technology, aiming to expand its impact across Canadian industries. These products originate in Taiwan and represent the best in the  industry.

Mandip Grewal

Business Development

Mandip Grewal is a seasoned sales professional with over a decade of experience in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional results in various sectors. Currently serving as a Client Director at PilComm Inc., Mandip manages key partnerships with one of Canada’s largest telecommunications companies, providing consulting services on IoT and mobility asset management while positioning PilComm’s Managed Services and Device as a Service (DaaS) offerings. His ability to train and empower sales teams, coupled with his expertise in enterprise account management, has led to the closure of multi-million-dollar deals and the development of stronger customer and partner relationships. Prior to his current role, Mandip excelled as an Enterprise Account Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he managed a $35 million annual recurring revenue portfolio and supported Canada’s largest telecom companies. His strategic approach to sales, combined with his ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners, consistently maximized sales opportunities and improved customer efficiency. Mandip’s career also includes a highly successful tenure at SOTI Inc., where he progressed through multiple roles, including Director of Strategic Accounts and Enterprise Account Executive. His ability to nurture relationships with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients, coupled with his expertise in negotiating and closing complex deals, solidified his reputation as a trusted advisor and top performer. Mandip’s career is marked by a consistent track record of building sustainable client relationships, and driving innovation in sales strategies. His dedication to excellence, combined with his technical expertise in areas such as IoT, cloud computing, and cybersecurity, makes him a valuable asset to any organization.
